Senior outside hitter Juan Figueroa and freshman outside hitter Murphy Troy were named to the 2008 All-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation third team, while senior setter Jimmy Killian made the league's honorable mention squad.

Figueroa, a 4-year starter, made the All-MPSF third team for the second consecutive season. In 2008, he led USC in kills (450), was second in digs (178) and aces (21) and fourth in blocks (69). In his career, he had 1,627 kills (a USC rally scoring era career record), 615 digs, 229 blocks and 71 aces.

Troy topped USC in 2008 in aces (35), is second in kills (430) and third in digs (144).

Killian, another 4-year starter, led the Trojans in assists (1,314), was second in blocks (96) and fourth in digs (125). He had 4,820 career assists (a USC rally scoring era career record).
